Day 1 and 2

Yay! I survived two days sugar free!

Not a cake, biscuit, cookie or bun has passed my lips.

I suspect I've eaten too much peanut butter and cheese, though! But I'm not expecting to lose any weight in this adjustment period. I need to replace my sugar munching with something else.

Breakfast- porridge with water and added milk
Lunch- feta cheese salad
Tea- parsnip soup and wholemeal bread
Snacks-  Ryvita and peanut butter; Brazil nuts; Ryvita and soft cheese; mixed seeds
